Working with Ben David Construction will provide you with direct contact with ownership and not just a salesman. While each project is unique, we take on directly on most of the trades we offer such as: plumbing, electrical, low voltage, framing, drywall, paint, etc. this way we are more efficient on costs and also are able to complete your project quicker with less delays of scheduling different trades.
While we work with Architects and designers, Leor has a good design eye and will give expert advice to help you find the look and finishing that fits best for you and your budget. We are committed to serve and deliver the needs of our client. From a simple bathroom to the extravagant kitchen of your dreams or from a total remodel to new construction.

Complete or partial remodels. Kitchen remodels and re-layout (meaning we don’t just replace fixtures where they were, we will change the way the room is laid out to accommodate a better flow for new needs and expectations). Bathroom remodels and re-layout. New additions. Building new ADU’s for additional rental income or to create an additional residence to a relative. Outside landscape and hardscape work. All roofing works. Replacement of doors, windows.
